Travelers Network offers traffic flow, traffic cameras, weather information, and parking and gas station locations across Canada, where content is available.

How can I get started using Travelers Network?

For the best experience using Travelers Network, create a new account using a unique email address, username and password. Registered users can save favourite trips and locations, and access social features like sharing and commenting. To connect to Travelers Network with social media, you will be prompted to login to your Facebook, Twitter, Google+ or Windows Live account using a 3rd party application called Gigya.

How do I link my social network account to my Travelers Network profile?

Travelers Network accounts are connected to social media by email address. When you login to Travelers Network with Facebook, Twitter, Google+ or Windows Live, you will be prompted to create a new Travelers Network account. If you have already registered for Travelers Network using the same email address as your social login, you will be prompted to link the accounts. Linking allows you to access all the saved information from your Travelers Network account through your social media login.

What is GIGYA? Can it harm my computer?

When you login to Travelers Network with social media, you will be prompted to connect to your Facebook, Twitter, Google+ or Windows Live account using a 3rd party application called Gigya. Gigya allows Travelers Network to post the incidents you choose to share on your social media account. Gigya will not harm your computer or social network account. The personal information collected by Travelers Network through Gigya is protected by our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

What should I do if I find a bug or data issue?

Many glitches can be resolved by restarting your browser or mobile device. On mobile, make sure you are using the most up to date version of the app. Once you are up to date with the latest release and have restarted Travelers Network, try to reproduce the issue. If you are still experiencing the issue, report the bug using the Feedback form. Describe the issue with as much detail as possible and explain the steps you took to produce it to help us identify and fix the problem. Our support team may contact you by email for more information to help with troubleshooting.
