Register and Login
Log in for full access to all Travelers Network features. Logging in allows you save your personal information to your profile so you can access your locations and trips from both the website and the mobile app.
Web
- Click Register.
- Select your favourite social network;
- Or click Register now.
- Complete the Travelers Network registration form with a unique username and email address to become a registered user.
- When you are logged in, your name displays in the Main Menu.
Create, save and delete Locations
Set up custom locations for faster and easier access to the places you use most often in My Trips.
Web
- Click on Locations. Enter the name, address and category for your location and click "Add".
- To save, click the star button on your location.

- To delete, click the trash can button on your location.

- To create a new trip to this location, click the pencil button on your location.

Mobile
- Click on Locations. Enter the name, address and category for your location and add it to the Recent Locations list.
- To save or delete, swipe from right to left over your location and click save/delete.
- To edit a location, swipe from right to left over your location and click edit. Enter the new address and save.
- To create a new trip to this location from your current location, click on the location.
Tips and Tricks
Try managing the locations you use most often in your Saved Locations list. You must log in to save locations.
On the mobile app, zoom to your current location by clicking the right angled arrow { > }.
Create, Save and Delete Trips
Web
- Click on My Trips. Enter the start and end addresses or click
to select a saved location. Add the trip to your recent trips list. - To save, click the star button on your trip.

- To delete, click the trash can button on your trip.

Route Options
When you create a trip, Travelers Network will provide up to 3 route options. You can select the route option you prefer by saving it as a default route. The suggested route options are the most efficient routes based on distance, speed limit and driving conditions. For example, if there is a collision that may affect your driving time, Travelers Network will suggest routes to avoid the incident. An avoid tolls route option will be coming soon.
Tips and Tricks
Try managing the trips you take most often in your Saved Trips list. You must log in to save trips.
To reverse your route, create a new trip but switch your start and end locations. Try saving your trips to help organize the routes you take most often. For example, "To Work from Home" and "To Home from Work." 
Create an Alert
Create an alert to receive email notifications about major incidents along your route. These incidents are all verified by the Travelers Network traffic team.
Web
- Click on a trip and a select a route option.
- Save a route option as the default route.
- Click Set an Alert for this Route.
- If you choose, add a new alert by entering a name and selecting the days and time for the alert to be active. Click Save.
- Select an alert and close the alert window.
- The alert is on when the
displays on the trip.
Mobile
- Click on a trip and a select a route option.
- Save a route option as the default route.
- Click the alert button.

- If you choose, add a new alert by entering a name and selecting the days and time for the alert to be active. Click Save.
- Select an alert and close the alert window by clicking Cancel. The alert is on when the
displays on the trip.
Tips and Tricks
Before you can create an alert for one of your trips, you have to set a default route option.
The Travelers Network app will deliver notifications to your smartphone about major incidents that occur while you are en route.
Turn on Layers
Turn layers on and off to view more information related to your trip:















and slide the ON/OFF button.
